Hellloooo ArtFoamie Fans!! The BEAUTY of Fall is quickly coming to a close here in Northern NH! The leaves are falling to the ground and the trees are preparing for what is to come. Which QUICKLY brings my attention to the next approaching season, Winter and Christmas!

IF YOU know me or have taken a class from me, you know I love to try and think outta the box. Try things in ways they weren’t necessarily intended for! So when I received my Gina Aherns ~ Leafy Pattern ArtFoamie I saw Christmas Holly. Not sure if that is what Gina intended it to be…

With that thought in mind, I grabbed a package of Royal Talens ~ Ecoline Brush Pens ~ Botanic and began to play! OH the FUN I had!!

I even took the ArtFoamie stamped images up a notch by adding a few Stickles to the Leaves. And added a bit of Christmas verbiage!

Transforming Scraps to Treasure by Lynne Forsythe

HELLO ARTFOAMIES FANS!!! Lynne Forsythe here with another project for you. Have you ever experienced a Creative Block?? As a designer this can be PROBLEMATIC especially when you are trying to meet a deadline. I have to say...I hit the wall HARD this time!

 
So, how do you BREAK THROUGH a Creative Block? You just start! And that is just what I did. I gathered up a few bottle of paint, inspired by Color Crush Creative Mood Board ~ Grounded Soul, some paper and my ArtFoamie Stamps ....and I just STARTED!

Today's project features: 

• Flutterby Designs | Patterns | Foam Stamps - Set of 9
• Ann Butler | Rails | Foam Stamps - Set of 4

After hours of creating, I still had NOTHING that I wanted to share with anyone! But I did have some excess paint on my craft mat that just couldn't be wasted. So I pulled out some leftover pieces of paper to sop up the paint, and IT HAPPENED, my creativity came flooding back!

HI ARTFOAMIES FANS!! Lynne Forsythe here as this week's guest artist. My LOVE for ArtFoamies goes way back. So I am SOOOOO stoked to be a Guest Designer!

I chose to work with the Hollyhock Stamp by Donna Downey.

I have to say….once I started playing, I COULDN’T STOP! Probably shoulda been working on my taxes, but who wants to do that???
